What We Do

Tri-County Construction is a general contracting company ready and able to handle any type of construction. We can complete your project TURN KEY, from start to finish. We can also assist with your drawings, and help put your ideas of a finished project into an actual scope of work. We have highly qualified staff available in all fields to assist you in making your dream project come true.

Remodels

From a smaller scale remodeling project of a single bathroom, bedroom or kitchen, to a larger scale remodeling project of your entire home, we can assure you of one that will run smoothly and will finish in a timely manner. We will work very closely with you during every phase of construction, and will always keep our focus on your dreams.

Room Additions
Tri-County Construction can complete a simple add-on or a major addition to your property. We will add the space you’ve always desired in an extra room, garage, deck or even a whole second story. Our completed project will greatly increase the value of your home.
Insurance Repair
Tri-County Construction would like to start out by saying that we are truly sympathetic when anyone has to suffer a tragic loss of any kind to their property or their persons. The expertise involved with being an insurance adjuster and knowing the procedures and policies of the insurance company will mean a much better settlement for the insured. The contract amount with Tri-County Construction will be determined only when a settlement with the insurance company has been agreed upon, and shall not exceed the estimated amount of your repairs. This means that you can return to your property after it has been restored to its original condition (or better) with no money out of your pocket.

Our Process

1.

Our estimater, Sam Kurio and often times Bob Jones will meet with you onsite to discuss your wants/desires.

2.

We can offer referrals if needed on architects, engineers, interior designers, flooring/tile representatives, counter top sources, etc.

3.

We will then work up an estimate and incorporate figures from all required trades/sub-contractors and present the formal bid to you. That can be in the form of another face-to-face, in case there are questions or adjustments required, or via email.

4.

If the estimate is accepted, we will draft up a formal contract, permit the project if required, and schedule the work to begin in the near future. Dates will be discussed at the time when estimate is provided.

5.

Sam Kurio will then meet Wayne Eskew onsite where he will become the superintendent for the length of the project.

6.

Wayne Eskew will work closely with Jody Delgado to coordinate all phases of the construction from start to finish.

7.

You can be as involved as you care to be during the reconstruction and communication will be set in place so that you are aware of all progress.
