I have only felt compelled to write a letter of appreciation for a job well done twice in my life. My experience working with your staff was exceptional. Your understanding of the insurance industry and your ability to meet their specific requirements was invaluable. Your willingness to search out a product, personally hand-stain bricks when an exact match could not be found, and determination to have a product manufactured when a match did not exist was going above and beyond – in short, you treated my property as it if was your own. Your attention to the details is evident in the finished product. The fact that the property leased within the first two days upon completion speaks volumes! It didn’t matter how often I called, or how many questions I asked, you provided me with an answer. If you didn’t have the answer, you would say that you would get back to me and you actually did. You remembered my requests and implemented them without any reminders – thank you. He felt they were honest with him and he just had a good gut feeling about the company. The house we have now is far more beautiful and more functional than it was prior to the fire. I can’t say enough about Tri-County. They really took very good care of us. Bob Jones and his crew are AMAZING! They remodeled my newly remodeled kitchen after our brand new top of the line Thermadore Fridge leaked for months and flooded and molded out my new kitchen. ugh. They tore out, and rebuilt from the cement floor to studs on the wall – a brand new kitchen and expanded our music room and enclosed our porches to add footage to two rooms. They also added a cantilevered walkway. They built a new gym in the middle of the project per our request when we realized we had the room for it! It was PERFECT when they were done! This is one of the ONLY contractors that I have used that works with 100% integrity. In my opinion, anyone that is not happy with the quality work of this company is just difficult to work with. They bend over backwards to make everything they do exactly right! They worked for us for nearly a year and not one time did they complain about the numerous changes that I threw at them, nor did they hesitate to do what I asked them to do with courtesy and professionalism. They always showed up, they always stayed late to get the work done, they always accommodated every need we had and they always had a smile. They did many things without charging us extra because they wanted us to be happy! I was sooo happy with this company I tell EVERYONE to use them first! I used many sub-contractors on this colossal remodel and the only one that did it right the first time around…was Tri-County! They are the best! Overall I give them an A++ for professionalism, courtesy, promptness and price! They were in my house every day for nearly a year and I enjoyed every minute of it! They really are master craftsmen!
